11:30pm - 1:30pm EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME

This class will go over how to interpret and date vintage patterns, as well as general history of how these patterns came to exist. Then, we will look at the sizing (or lack thereof) in a few examples, and talk through how to adjust a pattern to fit different body shapes. We will also look at how to take a modern design and give it a "vintage look" with a few simple adjustments.

A particular focus on finishing techniques will be included throughout the class, as these are important components to vintage garment making.
