Test Knitting is a fun, but difficult job. As a test knitter you are usually performing a job that is not paid monetarily and requires a lot of time. In this workshop you will learn about how I started as a test knitter over 5 years ago, and where to look for opportunities to join in the fun. I will tell you about the perks and the pitfalls of test knitting. It requires knitting skills of various degrees and an opportunity to develop your skills. It also requires things outside of knitting or crocheting, it requires communication skills, photography, modeling, etc. and we can discuss the different things outside of just producing an item. After the ins and outs of what test knitting have been for me, I would love to answer any questions you might have.
