Description

THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 23, 2021

8PM - 9PM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME

I feel things, often big things, that I want to remember, so I knit the colors of my emotions into hats and wraps and other things. how comforting and empowering to wear the contents of my heart on my actual sleeves. it makes me feel braver and more myself. To me, knitting patterns are templates that you, the knitter, can use to knit something artful that holds your own emotions. teaching means that I get to help you, maybe even inspire you a little. By walking you through some simple mental exercises and sharing my stories, I aim to guide you towards being more yourself. Perhaps a little bolder than before and a bit more able to speak your own truth with yarn and needles. To me, that’s the best of the best. You ready to feel?
